| "El
nino" is absolutely the newest large scale outdoor production of Teatr Cogitatur,
directed by Marcin Herich, presented only once till now, prepared for playing
in tour since season 2004. It's kind of continuation of successful performance
"Femina" from the idea and aesthetic point of view but completely autonomous.
The show is realised with method of emotional composition. It is the story of
hard love in time of anxiety. The performance is a tragic parable about unsuccessful
maternity. This story is situated in post-industrial reality, in the world in
shadow of disasters of XXth century, in the contemporary world of plagues and
cataclysm, suffering from AIDS, SARS and tragedy of September 11, 2001 with all
its consequences.Big moving constructions are used in the performance, naked bodies,
stilts, smoke, water and open fire. No words. Scenario
