The workshop “The Inner Process toward the Art” deals with the theoretical and practical process of Personal Development, referring to its different phases: Listening and Empathy, Thought and Mental Landscapes, Energy, Knowledge, Emotions, Communication, Creativity. The other topic, which will be considered in the work of Daniela Damiani and Saverio Fiano with the participants of the workshop, is related to the Behaviour of the Artist – Ethos (sacredness, rituality, sensibility, risk, courage, intention and action), Control and Management of Emotions - Pathos, the Language of the Artist – Logos (fantasy, imagination, poetry, unpredictability, irrationality). During the workshop, the participants will gain the knowledge and experience about the process of Personal Development, which are necessary for work and operation with depth, sensibility, and adequate knowledge in artistic and theatrical field, with a particular focus on the Role of Artist (and Actor) in his different manifestations (Ethos, Pathos, Logos) in relation to Reality, and principles and potential of Art representing an instrument of growth as Human Being.

The workshop, presentation of the theatrical group MIRRORS AND MEMORIES (SPECCHI E MEMORIE) and the stay of the members of the group Daniela Damiani, Saverio Fiano and Massimo Giannetti in Novi Sad, have been possible with the kind support of Instituto Italiano di Cultura di Belgrado.
